Today I continue my conversation with film-maker Rochelle Ann Thomas.

Rochelle-Ann Thomas is a Filmmaker who has been writing and directing on the small stage for over 20 years and released her first onscreen film in 2023. Rochelle-Ann writes based on life experiences and is not afraid to explore dark topics that affect everyday individuals. Rochelle-Ann's current project short film Defiled explores childhood trauma will be released in 2024

Rochelle Ann shares about the importance of facing your early trauma and in her movie she shares how unresolved trauma can sometimes lead survivors into further traumatic situations.
