Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
The movie Diary of a Mad Black Woman is one of many that does a good job of showing what can happen when a woman takes and takes without processing her emotions in a healthy way. In many cultures, women are not encouraged to get mad, they are expected to remain poised, polite and in control, but often there is rage beneath what is seen because of all they are experiencing or have experienced.
We’re going to talk about anger today, the ways you struggle with it and how to express and manage it better.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.
